We make every effort to ensure that your data is held within United Kingdom.

Your contact details may be shared with our service provider and between our other companies for reasons not limited to that of fraud prevention and marketing. Your payment details are not accessible by Cinese Garden or our service providers and are kept completely private; they are not stored on our systems.

Refund Ploicy

Generally there is no refund on food. Occasionally there may be an issue where a customer may request a refund on an item within their order. These can only be done by phone. Please call us on 01273 831999 for any requests.

Cancalations

We do not accept cancellations. Once your order is placed, it can not be cancelled. You can however make amendments to your order if the order is not already being cooked, as all orders are cooked to order. Please call us on 01444870998 to make any amendments.
